The Seven Steps to Healing that we will be introduced and explored in the retreat include:
We will look at the different losses we have encountered over our life. Loss refers not only to people who died but also to other events that have significantly impacted our life.
Examples can be:
Losses can inflict wounds and create uncertainty. Grieving them and adjusting to them can be painful but is part of the healing process. Where are you in your grieving and healing of your various losses? This program will assist you in examining how they have influenced your life – good and bad. We are always evolving and learning from all our experiences. What lessons have you learned? The program will end with considering any unfinished business with any of these losses and conclude with a helpful ritual.
